FAQs

The lock is under factory state before leaving factory, it is to ensure the user can unlock the door any time during installation when they did not take the manual key in hand. you can power on the lock with 4pcs AA alkaline batteries and the motor will activate to run one time, the lock will be locked after 5 seconds.

This lock is highly recommended to be powered on by 4pcs AA alkaline batteries, do not mix old and new batteries or other Zn/Mn batteries!

Please insert the manual key and turn, then press handle to unlock the door.

This is one non-live communication lock with Wi-Fi, you can only press # to activate the remote unlock command, the admin can slide the bar to unlock or press Click for audio speaking.
