It is very secure. Our smart lock uses 3D facial recognition and live palm vein recognition technology. These technologies require detecting 3D facial contours or blood flow information inside the palm, making it impossible to bypass with photos, videos, or molds. The fingerprint sensor also uses live detection technology, offering a much higher security level than traditional locks.

Yes. This lock is equipped with infrared illumination, allowing it to perform facial recognition normally even in complete darkness, unaffected by lighting conditions. The algorithm is also optimized for backlit scenes to ensure recognition accuracy and speed.

Once connected, you can remotely check who is at the door or who unlocked it via the mobile app. You'll also receive doorbell calls and alerts for anomalies (like tampering or loitering). The connection is simple: download the "Tuya Smart" app, follow the instructions, enter the network settings menu on the lock, and enter your home's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi password to complete the pairing.

The lock has a wrong attempt protection mechanism. After 3 consecutive failed attempts, the lock will sound an alarm. After 5 consecutive failures, the lock will automatically lock down for 60 seconds, preventing any further attempts and effectively preventing brute force attacks.

Through the Tuya Smart app, you can set up rich smart scenes. For example: "Welcome Home Mode" (automatically turns on living room lights and AC when you unlock with your face or fingerprint) and "Away Mode" (automatically turns off all lights and activates security devices when you lock the door to leave).
